Transforming into a hydrogen economy nation

Malaysia is shaping itself to be a prominent player in the green hydrogen economy. It sees fuel-cell vehicles and gas-fired power plants as a good platform to build up its own domestic demand for green hydrogen. The two sectors are anticipated to push annual demand to 30.5TWh and 68.2TWh in 2041 and 2050, respectively.
