Malaysia Forest Fund Exchange A Memorandum of Understanding with Verra

Aligning Malaysia’s Forest Carbon Initiative with Verified Carbon Standard Programme Kuala Lumpur, June 27, 2024 –Malaysia Forest Fund (MFF) and Verra, today held a Memorandum of Understanding (“MoU”) exchange ceremony in conjunction with Developing a Nature-based Solutions Carbon Project in Malaysia, a capacity building workshop held collaboratively between the parties and Bursa Malaysia, officiated by Datuk Dr. Ching Thoo A/L Kim, Secretary General of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Sustainability. This MOU marks a significant milestone in developing the capacity of MFF as well as to support the efforts of the Agency in enhancing the national carbon market
